What is a UW Student Web Site?
The UW Student Web Server provides web space for all full, part-time, and graduate
students to create an online presence. This space is intended to be used by students
to enhance their experience with the Internet and Internet technology and provide a means
for more exposure using the Internet and web tools. For more information about the tools

Requirements for UWStudent Web Sites
- You must have a currently valid student UWYO Domain account at the University of
Wyoming. If you do not have a student UWYO Domain account please contact the Academic Support Unit (see MICROLAB.UWYO.EDU and click on the "Computer Accounts-->DOMAIN" link in the left toolbar.)
- If you are connecting remotely please see the following section in the HELP document: Connect Remotely
When you click either link below you will be prompted to enter your credentials. You should enter your username in the form username, do not include "@uwyo.edu"
- You will be given the option of either a BASIC site or a site with
FRONTPAGE EXTENSIONS . Please click
the respective link to learn more about each.
- All correspondence from the creation process will be sent to your University of Wyoming e-mail account.
For more information or help setting up a new UWStudent Web Site, contact a lab
assistant in any of the staffed
computer labs or contact the UW Information Technology Academic Support Unit.
